1. Booking & Payments
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure your slot.
Bookings are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Bookings may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the session at no extra cost.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the booking will not be accommodated and payment will be forfeited.
Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your session. Late arrivals will reduce your booked time, and Seghe Studio (Edebiri) is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or personal belongings during your stay.
3. Late Arrival
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals will reduce the booked time and cannot be extended.
4. Studio Responsibility & Liability
Seghe Studio is not responsible for any personal injury, accidents, or lost/stolen property during the use of the studio.
Clients are responsible for the proper use of all equipment and facilities. Any damages caused during the booking period will be charged to the client.
5. Conduct & Use of Space
The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found.
Smoking is not permitted inside the studio.
Any misuse of the studio or equipment may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Seghe Studio Rules
To keep our space safe, clean, and welcoming for all creators, please follow these rules:
1. General Conduct
Treat the studio, staff, and equipment with care and respect.
Only the booked client and approved guests may use the space.
Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
2. Time & Bookings
Your booking starts and ends at the scheduled time — please arrive early for setup.
Overtime may be charged in 30-minute increments if available.
Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance (no refunds).
3. Equipment & Facilities
Use all equipment responsibly. Report any damages immediately.
Clients are financially responsible for damage to studio property or gear caused during their session.
Do not remove any equipment, furniture, or props from the studio without permission.
4. Cleanliness & Maintenance
Leave the studio in the same condition you found it.
Dispose of all trash in the bins provided.
Glitter, confetti, smoke machines, or other messy props must be approved before use.
Food and drinks are only allowed in lounge/rest areas, not near equipment.
5. Safety & Responsibility
Seghe Studio is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Fire exits must remain clear at all times.
6. Respect for Others
Noise must be kept at reasonable levels in shared areas.
Be mindful of other creators using the space before or after you.
